After spending over a month going through countless interviews, long discussions, and tough negotiations—and even after I served my notice period, preparing to join them—they suddenly informed me that they’ve decided to postpone the hiring process. All that time, effort, and commitment went completely to waste. It feels incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and careless on their part to drag someone along for weeks, give them false hope, and then pull out at the last moment.
