I applied online and got a call for an interview very quickly, and then had the interview the previous week. Was kept waiting for around 30 minutes after my scheduled time which was pretty bad, but the interview itself was easy enough and the manager was nice to me considering it was my first interview.

Question 1
If someone wants an item on a mannequin but you don't have it in stock, what would you do?
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
