Interview
Invited to interview via email. Interview lasts around 20 minutes and is performed by a manager or senior manager. It's one-to-one and relatively casual compared to interviews with other companies. Formal dress is not required. There are very few personal questions and they did not particularly review my CV. The main focus was on the scenario questions, e.g. 'Have you worked as part of a team?' or 'When did you demonstrate management skills?'.

Question 1
What is a previous scenario in which you've demonstrated good team management?
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
