The most unprofessional interview and application process I've ever seen in a corporation. Took them no less than 2 months to respond to my application and schedule an interview. When I finally did interview they took a month to get back to me to say they wanted a second interview. In this timeframe I had received 3 job offers from other companies.
I sent them a polite email withdrawing my application stating I had accepted a job offer elsewhere. They never responded. Every company I've ever sent one of those to has responded tactfully thanking me and wishing me well, except for Prime. Instead I got an auto-generated email 3 months later telling me I was no longer being considered for the position. News flash! I was the one to no longer consider Prime Therapeutics due to their complete disregard for applicants. Happily employed elsewhere.

My interview was straight forward and pleasant. The people are great to work with and professional. I enjoy working for them and will continue to do so. Best to try for an entry level position

Interview
Initial call with a recruiter to confirm interest in the position. Then a video call with manager and another employee. The job duties discussed were different that those posted in the job posting. I was told that this was because they have standard postings and could not change the format. The 3rd interview was a skills demonstration via screen sharing.

Prime Therapeutics recruiters are the most unprofessional corporate recruiters I've ever experienced. They will ghost you for weeks then demand answers to their emails within the same day. I've applied twice in the last 5 years and both times withdrew my application due to this.
