      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapore) in Feb 2011

      Interview

1st was the online test to qualify the candidate for the next round. It covers the individuals strengths and weaknesses. Next, we are required to go through another assessment at the office which is done together with other candidate. Once through, the interview starts. First round with 2 managers and the next round with hiring manager.
