Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Entrevista simple, sin preguntas técnicas. Hablar de mi experiencia y luego contar situaciones que he tenido en diferentes aspectos (liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, etc), las diferentes rondas son de preguntas similares pero con diferentes entrevistadores
