Proforma Business Development Manager Call Center interview questions

This is an obvious question for a role that oversees managers and a sales force, and therefore functions like a Director of Sales. But this renege on the offer was theirs entirely and not due to any new or damaging information from me. Keep your job search going. You and your family DO NOT want to get hit by the owners' motto: ‘Ready, SHOOT, aim.’ They admit it in a previous Glassdoor post. Obviously, it's ludicrous, and only serves the guy with the gun. Could be culture worth reconsidering. Some people might not get shot, and the owners will remain standing, but the character of the organization itself may be full of holes.
