Phone screen then on site group interview and job shadowing. Values, process related type questions, mini role play, situational type questions. Culture, conflict resolution, past job experience with various examples. Liked the overall process and was pretty standard.

Interview
Chaotic. Didn't seem to know what they wanted or how to go about it. If it wasn't for the conversations with an employee at the company who acted as an intermediary, I probably would have withdrawn myself from the process. There was a significant disconnect in the salary discussed multiple times in the process and what was ultimately offered. Almost made me reject the offer but a compromise was eventually worked out.
