I had a phone interview, online interview, and in-person interview with multiple leaders. A reference check and background check were conducted. Everyone I met with was very welcoming, it was a long but relaxed process.

Interview
Standard. Like every other company some questions had nothing to do with the job. Not sure about the follow up yet as I just started the process. Job market is difficult and we are hoping for more feedback.
