The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti
Interview
The first part comprises of two interviews - case study and behavioral. Standard stuff. They give you a preview of the case study the night prior to the interview and you get more information once you’re in your interview. The people are super nice and just want you to succeed.

Application
I applied through university. I interviewed at Protiviti (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2018
Interview
I went to the SLC that included an interview. There was a case study and behavioral part. The case study just a simple scenario and they asked how I would solve the problem. They gave me part of the information the day before to think over. The behavioral one was basic questions about teamwork, nothing too out of pocket.

Question 1
What were the issues you saw with this case study?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Protiviti
Interview
One case interview and one behavioral. Not hard questions and they give you the business process model the day before to look over it. For the behavioral part of my interview, it felt like I was guiding the interview. The guy asked me a question or 2 and had trouble keeping eye contact then he said the rest of the time was questions for him so it felt more like him talking about himself than getting to know me. The case interview was not hard but the lady administering it was so rude. She acted so uninterested and would not stop yawning at me. Overall it was a very unprofessional interview and made me never want to work for them. Have not heard back yet but I will not be moving forward with them.
Thank you for taking a moment to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear your experience did not meet our expectations of an exceptional experience for all candidates. We are actively reviewing this situation to ensure individuals are provided adequate interview training prior to returning to campus.
