Went to a super day and had an interview as part of the process. It had a case and then a behavioral interview. Throughout the day they had a Q&A with current employees and other activities that they said weren't related to getting an offer.

Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
