Interview
I applied online and came in for my first interview a few days later. The experience was weird, to say the least. I was hesitant, to begin with because I couldn't find very much about them online. Then I got there and they told me they have like 300 offices. How do you have 300 offices and the CEO has time to handle interviews for an "entry level" position. Anyway, I got there and after the first interview was invited back for a second "in-depth" interview. I got there and it was a group interview (I feel like you should inform people of that first) it wasn't until this interview they even really told me what the job was about. Basically, everyone starts at an "entry level" direct sales position. Kind of like one of those things where you table at a retail location and try to get people to buy/sign up for things. Definitely did not fit the job description. Definitely, don't understand why they have 50 job openings with different titles if everyone is essentially doing the same job?

Interview
It's your standard three interview process. The office was very well organized and put together not to mention smelled amazing. The interviewers were very nice and personable. What suprised me most is it seamed as if everyone was super happy and excited to be there which was really nice to see.
