Online personality test to start with followed by a quick phone call to assess your language skills. After that follows a group aptitude test and a group discussion with several hypothetical scenarios that you have to discuss amongst yourselves (to measure your confidence explained what you are supposed to be defending).If you go through to the next phase you will have at least one individual interview.

Dinámica, muy profesionales las encargadas de la selección, me pareció una buena entrevista para ese tipo de posición. Lo que si, no queda muy en claro muchos detalles de la posición ya que hablan como si uno supiera realmente todo.
