I had a very positive experience, although I didn't receive the job offer. I applied online and then had a phone interview. I was then invited for a personal interview with the hiring manager and the team manager. They asked some behavioral and some technical questions, mostly about my background and experiences with C++ programming. Then I received a programming task to write a code for a specific puzzle in a week and then present it for a group of people in the company. After the presentation, I got rejected. They said it was due to the technical aspect and that they are looking for someone with more technical experience for the job.
