There were two people on the interview panel. They were both very friendly and reassuring and I felt there was a nice atmosphere. I was asked a series of scenario based questions and towards the end asked to demonstrate how I have displayed some of the trust values.

Bring to the trust etc. Seemed more of a formality than anything, were more concerned by security clearance etc. Felt like I had already got the job, it was emphasised that it was more of a formal conversation than a structured interview.
