Interview
The interview process was extremely simple. I was interviewed panel style by two people and we just went over my resume and talked about my past experiences. There were no technical questions involved, just a few scenarios about times I had to make decisions on my own and the rationale involved. The interviewers I had were very friendly and made the process very smooth and laid-back.

Interview
Very informal, no one was able to give me a clear definition of what I was applying for. I needed a job, and I believe they understood that and was able to low ball my job offer.
