Interview
You will go through one or two phone interviews with the Project Manager and HR rep. Then if they've determined you possess the require skills they are looking for you will get a personal interview at the final employers location. This interview is rough. They are looking for adults that can keep their calm during intense situations and handle the stress that the work environment will ultimately lay upon you.

Question 1
We've all heard stories about a company asking their recruit, "What is your greatest weakness?" They ask that question here, but they don't expect the same bull crap that you'd give to any other employer. They really want to see that you can in fact assess your own capabilities and that you will be willing to work at your shortcomings.
