I love the quick turnaround from submission of resume to response in terms of using AI to vet applicants. I used Linkedin, easy apply, my resume was viewed the next day and I received a response immediately after and I scheduled an AI interview all in 24 hours.

Question 1
Business developing, employee development and Dashboard mentality.
I applied online. I interviewed at Quickstart Technologies (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Nov 2023
Interview
This happened in the city of Athens, Greece. The individual with whom I communicated held a position related to the company's clients. My experience was unacceptable; the recruiter I contacted was completely unprofessional. She sent me an evaluation consisting of 9 tests with a 5-day deadline. I completed the assessment, which indeed required many hours of personal work. I submitted it within the timeframe and even earlier before the deadline expired. She scheduled an interview for the next day. I sent her my availability 1.5 days later in the afternoon. She never replied. After a few days, I sent a polite reminder email, but received absolutely no response. Failing the assessment or if she believed there was a mistake in inviting me for an interview wouldn't bother me as much if she had just responded. He could have at least respected the time I dedicated to the evaluation and sent me some feedback, nothing more!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quickstart Technologies in Jun 2020
Interview
The CEO led me on through 4 different phone calls totaling 6 hours, asking me to divulge all sorts of proprietary information from a competitor I used to work for. He went back and forth between dangling a carrot of full-time opportunity and contract work. When I submitted my contract rates and project proposal, he responded with an offer that came out to be 40% less than what I was asking at a very competitive rate. He has nearly 5 different overseas contractors running his paid campaigns and his entire marketing team is fragmented, unorganized and unexperienced (it completely shows). I also did some digging on them online and they were affiliated with Corinthian College in the past so - WATCH OUT!
I am offended, I am appalled, and I now understand why this company has not been successful even though it's been around far longer than most of its top competitors.
