applied on RBC Job Portal
received a message from Recruiter for online assessment followed by a brief telephonic conversation. After that I was interviewed by the branch managers at a branch for roughly around 35 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015

2 days later i got two emails,
first, an assessment
second, double check with me that this is a part time job and will work for different location, i reply ok, no problem
3 days later got a call from HR still double check with me, this is a different-location job, salary will be 13-15/hr, and it will be only 20hrs a week (since it is a part time job) for 2-3 yrs. i still said ok, i know this, not a problem for me. (i just want to work in a bank!) and then she make appointment with me that will have a phone interview days later
4 phone interview, half a hour, general questions, about customer service, sales, team work, she said i will get her decision in 5 business days. at that moment i know i cant pass because if she like you she will make appointment of face-to-face interview at the end of the phone call but she didnt. so i know she will not hire me.
5 days later got a call she said she will not continue my interview. I SHOULD ARGUE! BUT I DIDN'T! TOO NERVOUS! OR WHAT EVER GIVE UP MY SELF! after her phone call i really regret that I SHOULD ARGUE!
so if you are rejected by HR, dont forget still sale yourself! never give up!!
