I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Regina, SK) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview felt more like a personal conversation and was not a typical question answer format. The branch manager was excellent at making me feel comfortable and the interview laster for over an hour. He would gain information for questions from me in conversation without directly asking the questions - I think about it now and it was an excellent way to get information from me without putting me on the spot.
