Interview
The interview process was composed of two interviews. The first one was a group interview, and the second was with the hiring manager. The group interview made it so that we had to really speak up.

How would you handle an angry customer who came in to return an item past the return policy threshold?
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
