RLG International interview questions

The interview process is 2 steps. First, HR contacts the candidate to get through preliminaries - straightforward enough. The second round is a half-day in a designed city where several RLG member will join several candidates in a group interview process. The session is quite intense and invigorating depending on the candidate's comfort level.

Interview process was a mix of panel interviews and active skills assessment. This would include doing some basic things in MS Excel and building a Power Point slide to illustrate a conclusion.
