Longer process than most. Phone interview, analytical assessment and two additional interviews all occurring over the span of two months. The recruitment team was very informative and commutative. Although the process was long, the interviews were more relaxed and conversational.

Question 1
[Something along the lines of] What makes you unique—what is a skill (something you are good at) and hobby (something you like) and how does it make you a unique candidate.
3 interviews, a phone screening, a virtual interview and an on-site interview. The process was pretty seamless and only took about a month from start to finish. The team is very responsive and will answer any questions you might have.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge and what did you do to overcome it/what did you learn?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2024
Interview
Very smooth! I had an intro interview with an HR rep, a second interview that was virtual and then a 3rd in person interview. The process took about 1 month to complete and this was during the holidays.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process took four weeks to complete. It consisted of one initial phone conversation with a recruiter about the company and three additional interviews. Kasey did an excellent job guiding me throughout the entire interview process.
The first interview was with a recruiter by phone, mainly focused on getting to know me and my interest in the company. The second interview involved a zoom call with the recruiter and a hiring manager. Finally, the third interview was a final zoom call (usually in-person, but I do not live in the area) with the recruiter, hiring manager, and director. All the interviews were straightforward and informative and mainly focused on behavioral interview questions. I could tell all the interviewers were interested in getting to know me and invested in ensuring I had all my questions answered.
I am excited to be joining the company!
