Can you provide an example of a challenging project you've worked on in the past and how you successfully managed to overcome obstacles to ensure its completion?
A short phone interview with HR approximately 10 to 15 minutes, and HR scheduled a longer interview (one week later) with both HR and Senior Engineer/Manager. The second round lasted for about an hour.

They start with a pre screen with HR. They ask questions like tell me about yourself (elevator pitch) and tell me about the company (so do your background research on them).
