Primo colloquio telefonico e poi colloquio in filiale. Una volta conosciuto il responsabile e il team di filiale, preparazione documenti e poi firma contratto di stage. Terminato lo stage generalmente viene proposto un contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato al tempo indeterminato

Il colloquio si è svolto in maniera molto tranquilla. L’HR con cui mi sono confrontata è stata molto disponibile a darmi tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno e sopratutto molto trasparente sulla posizione e i possibili risvolti futuri di carriera

Interview
Apply online through seek then an Initial phone call from a representative followed by teams interview, mine was a group interview then had a one on one during this teams meeting.
I found that it was easy to apply and the interviewer was a pleasant and professional individual. I found the experience to be relaxed and enjoyable. Working with the company ended up being a positive experience.
