They told me I had the job at my interview, and to email to organize my first day in and then ghosted me! I had to email and then text my interviewer many times for them to respond and say they decided to go with someone else. Extremely rude communication.
The interviewer was well-equipped and listened without interrupting. She wasn't trying the skimp the interview ASAP, but did her job thoroughly. The questions made sense, and the tone was professional, calm and safe.
