A panel of individuals from various statuses in the department. Used various rooms in the campus to interview 1 on 1 with a number of individuals. Everyone was very enthusiastic and seemed extremely happy with their company. Spent a lot of time realistically describing what was expected of the job and the interview seemed more like a discussion than an interrogation.
