First round interview is a video format interview. Then some HR matched me with some potential project. Then having interview with the hiring manager for the project. The interview with the hiring manager is like a conversation.
It's very slow and it takes a long time to hear back from them. However, it is easy to communicate with them about the process and the company during interview

Virtual interview is conducted then hiring manager will select U based on the resume and then u will be interviewed by him/her
U can except to hear back decision within 3-4 weeks after the interview
