I was asked to develop a plugin that can intergrate itself into the current LMS, and be able to capture specific user data upon login, and report the data using MySQL.

Most of the questions on my previous experience, and within 15minutes of the interview, the CIO told me that I was hired, and should start as soon as possible, as my plugin was working perfectly.
