Video interview: Interviewer was late to the video call. 0 social /interpersonal skills. The conversation started as follows: Me: "Hello *** how's it going? :)" ***: "Ok, I'm ***." Immediately turns to read from a paper: "Tell me about a product you worked on recently". This was followed by him interrupting me, saying that he doesn't have time for this as he has meetings to attend... Generally it felt like a robot looking for specific keywords.... honestly just send a questioner and save time. No questions about actual experience. He basically spent most of the time talking about himself and glorifying he's work... That's when he wasn't busy on Slack as from the sounds it was quite obvious. Bottomline - I'd stay away! If that's the way Revolut interviews I'd rather not be a part of that... Glad I didn't start the task beforehand. I've declined further steps.
