Completion of a forty minutes online test. Fifteen minutes unscheduled pre interview over the phone with human resources. Scheduled one hour interview with two team leaders (thirty minutes with each team leader).

They give scenarios based questions . Analytical and fast paced behavioural questions as well. You can record and submit the responses within 3 minutes
