Very thorough process. First contacted by a headhunter, then screening phone interview with line manager, then panel interview in headquarter. 3 sessions, 45 minute each, 2 interviewer per session . 10 minute break after each session. Interview questions are behavioral questions about the company's 6-leadership-dimensions
