Interview
Initial phone interview with their onsite recruiter (basic soft skills q&a) followed by a 1:1 interview with their Technical Support lead. Interview with lead lasted approximately one hour. After the interview process, the feedback was I was over qualified and the offer was extended to some more suited for the position.
