Riverdale Country School interview questions

THere was an initial phone interview. Then, there was a full day of on-campus interviews. I interviewed with various administrators, the DEI department, the learning specialists (special education), and a group of teachers. The interview also included a demo lesson and demo lesson debrief

The interview process was easy but I was already very familiar with the culture and people since I was around the community for many years. I interviewed in person with Human Resources Manager with the CFO on a conference call. Then the head of the upper school called but it was a short phone interview due to a fire drill.
