Went through various rounds of interviews for them to ghost me. I had to follow up several times to finally receive a response that they went with another candidate. The way they went about the decision process was not professional.
The application process was great, but they were looking for someone with more experience. The recruiters were prompt and answered any questions I had. There was the filtering questions and initial interview, didn't make it tk the rest of the process.

Got three interviews in and was then ghosted. Over a year later, I applied for a different position at the company, thinking that getting to a third interview might help my chances, and got what looked like an automated email telling me they weren't interested.
I was never informed why.
