Multi-layered interview with two zoom introduction interviews followed by in-person interviews. Straight forward questions about experience and qualifications. Interviewed with the director of field ops. All in all, it was a good expirence.

I applied for a position I saw on Linked In. They confirmed receipt, asked for my ethnicity which I answered and then they sent me an e-mail saying they didn't want to proceed further. No idea why no reason given. they were very polite but vague
