My interview process was as follows: 1) 30 minute HR Screen; 2) 30 minute conversational interview with the hiring manager, with deeper dive into my technical and experimentation background; 3) take-home project (a couple of hours) + presentation of results to a team of senior analysts; 4) 30 minute behavioral interview with a member of the executive team (bar raiser).
Nothing special but I felt like they really paid attention to the behavioral section.
