Interview
There was a short phone screen done by a lower level recruiter, not very technical. The in-person interview was fine but I wasn't impressed. They did almost 100% conversation questions and very little working out of technical problems on a whiteboard etc. The interviews themselves were a little disorganized too. Had to do some waiting and met some people who clearly had no idea what position i was interviewing for or didn't know they were interviewing at all until 2 minutes before. That being said, seemed like smart people and I got along fine with them. Didn't get an offer because I accepted another offer before they had a chance to give me one (later that day).

The process consisted of HR screening + 4 tech interviews. It took around 3 weeks start to finish. At the end i was received a "we have decided to move forward with another candidate" email. I emailed them politely asking for more detailed feedback and got ghosted.

Interview
The initial HR phone call was really good. Small background check, questions about myself and my current company, reasons for leaving etc. In return I got some highlight what company does and what is important for them in terms of new employee. After a phone call, I received a technical test and one week to solve it. After sending solution for that task I got reply that my solution does not fulfill some requirements which were not specified in technical task. From my perspective, I would rather to solve task which might be more closely related with business nature of Gilt.
