Interview
1- Arrival to Assessment Day.
2- Written English test.
If you pass:
3- Short powerpoint presentation of the company and some info on working conditions.
If not:
3- You go home.
4- Interview 1:1.
Note: It kinda goes without saying, but you need to go well groomed to the interview and with proper business attire.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
