The interview process was split in 4 sections.
1-st - phone interview: General questions about your personality & estimations about your skills.
2-nd: Skills test.
3-d: Group interview with manager and HR.
4-th: 2 weeks of learning courses & final exam, after which managers decide to offer you, or not.
Passei pelo RH, Diretor e Gerente da área. Foi um processo fluido, nao demorou muito e entravam sempre em contato dando feedback. Pessoas solicitas e com flexibilidade de negociação. Um dos processos de maior qualidade que ja passei.
