I applied through an employee referral and interviewed at Schlumberger Information Solutions.
The process was fairly casual. Had 3 rounds where I met with the Segment Manager, HR manager, and senior Production Engineers in the segment. a

Basic questions about my academic experience and knowledge of the company and the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at SLB (Aberdeen, Scotland)
Interview
Several stages, quite long delays in between stages. Questioning partly technical, mostly about motivation and willingness to work offshore for long periods of time. Also interested in previous work, experience, reasons for leaving etc.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SLB

This was back in 2012, right out of university. Unlike the norm, I just had one interview with the 3 people in the room; Operations manager ,Hr manager and Lead Reservoir Engineer. Most of the question were behavioral.
