Initially there was a round of screening call. Then the next round was with a senior most manager and the interview was smooth. The issue arose when they kept on calling to attend an in person interview session on a rainy day. I found the environment will not suit me, based on the conversation. I was expected to resign from my current organization, with just email confirmation. I also found out that the budget was limited. Why invite the candidate in person when things are not in place?
