Invited 30 candidates into a room for an 8-hour interview process, only to reveal that we just had two 5-minute interviews each, we had to wait, and they would not tell us when our interviews were. Please respect your candidates' time in the future.
It was pretty standard, I think they really did a great job explaining the role and what the teams look like. They were very clear on what the company's overall goals look like at the moment which is almost unheard of.
