Quick and terrible they dont really ask you anything . we don't get taught nothing . safe harbor takes out mo ey out your check and dont pay you for your over time

Telephone with 6 or 7 people asking questions. Many people were not familiar with case management so questions were more task specific and scenerio type. You could tell who was asking the questions.
