Had an initial intro interview with a recruiter. Ive been in sales and tech for years; but this recruiter was by far the most pompous and arrogant i've ever encountered. Without an intro; all he did was tear into my resume because he didn't read it before hand. Basically told me to make my resume 'look like LinkedIn'. Then he would 'CONSIDER' passing along my resume.
