Very easy, got offered the job on the spot. Was more like a chat. I was made to feel at ease. I was asked a few questions and then spoke about my availability.

I applied online, and answered a few multiple choice questions, fairly straight forward, got offered an inter view via email and txt, have to call a no they provide to book an interview, went in for an interview in store, got showed everything and given the shop tour, got offered the job next three days, had my induction in one whole day. For the interview they ask about what you understand about the position applying for and also they ask you about your previous experience based on certain scenarios.

very easy laid back interview. only took about 15 minutes despite it being a 30 minute interview. Got a call a couple hours later offering me the job which i then accepted.

Scenario questions and why you are suited for the role.
The process was quite easy and relaxed. Asked mainly screening questions and some basic competency scenarios, such as how you would pack certain items. There was a focus on efficiency and teamwork.
