I was asked to do six interviews for Samsung Semiconductor, roughly 45 minutes to an hour long each. I took a day off my current job to make it. It’s now been over a month, and the recruiter didn’t have the courtesy to reject me or update me, and just stopped replying to my emails, even though everyone was responsive in the beginning. I was told I was a top candidate until the very end, when nothing had changed. What a waste of time. Worst thing you can do to someone looking for a job is make them do six interviews and not even email them after if it didn’t work out.
