Several onsite group interviews. 90% of their questioning was behavioral and related to sexual or gender identity opinions and preference. I guess they tried to make sure that I realized they were LGBT as if I had missed their corporate name. They seemed not to realize that for a true HR professional LGBT or not is the same. They didn't exhibit the basic courtesy of sending me an email or letting me know that they were not going to pursue me as a candidate, considering that I had taken two days off to attend hours-long exhaustive group interviews.
