Interview
It was a video interview (during Covid) and the clinic site wasn't really clear on what the schedule and responsibilities were going to be exactly. I asked a lot of questions and eventually figured out how they operated.
Phone call that lasted about thirty minutes. It was basically questions about you and your previous experience. They are mostly behavioral questions. There are two stages - the first is with the human resource, the second with the hiring manager.

Pretty good and fair. questions were understandable and relatable. no unnecessary questions were put out. small room and a panel of at least 5 or 6 people. they were quite friendly.
