Sanofi Interview Questions

I had to interview with 5 levels of Human Resource before setting up an interview with the hiring manager. Around the 3rd level I decided this was not the environment I wanted to work in.

The interview process is very easy and smooth. The hiring managers asked me about some basic knowledges on accounting since i am applying for account gl position. I got offer letter within a week.

1 ere etape: Entretien vidéo différé. On m'a demandé des questions générales concernât mon parcours et mes motivations. Question en anglais générale pour connaître mon niveau. 2 ème étape: réunion avec manager et recruteur: questions générales sur mes motivations et mes connaissances sur ce poste.

45 minute informal virtual meeting with hiring manager 1 on 1. Approximately 25 minute call with HR which was easily arranged through their scheduling system. HR interviewer did call late.

Make sure your qualifications are in order they want really care for the resume, they want qualifications then they’ll ask questions according to what they deem a strength or weakness then they’ll let you know at the end if it’s looking good or not.

Hr screening first. Cv referred internally get more chances to be picked up. Then recruiting manager. Then panel with recruiting manager and other directors. It will take at least one month.

Well, actually it is a third-party company that hires ppl for Sanofi in Chengdu, China. First. you got an HR interview who asked you basic questions about your experience; Then, about three weeks later, they arranged a 45-mins interview. Following that, a SAS /R test was sent to you and you needed to complete it within 30 minutes.

Things went smooth until they didn’t. Had recruiter screener and 3 interviews. Then literally nothing. Ghosted. I would expect this from a disorganized company, but my Sanofi recruiter was previously very communicative about every step. That made it jarring to just hear…nothing. After a week of radio silence I reached out and was met with….more radio silence. Very unprofessional and made me want to badmouth the company to everyone I know.
